LIFE of a CEO™ has the solution and offers its paid members their own Virtual Business Partner ™.  Your Virtual Business Partner™ is the voice of reason that will provide you with tips and advice.  Your Virtual Business Partner™ is your extra executive eyes and ears that will help you evaluate situations with an unbiased perception.  Your LIFE of a CEO™ Virtual Business Partner™ is available and ready to help you become an effective, productive and successful business leader.   You will receive assistance with every aspect of your new and/or growing company.  Each client receives three 30 minute one-on-one consultations per week via phone.  Every client also has unlimited access to their Virtual Business Partner™ via email and text messaging.  Our firm also has a weekly online chat room where all members and potential members can inquire on a host of business related topics.   As a member of LIFE of a CEO™, you will have access to your Virtual Business Partner™ and our unmatched knowledge for six consecutive months.

Q:  How many loan programs do you offer and how do I apply for funding?

We have over 100 different loan packages that can service the needs of any financial circumstance for a business owner.  Business owners can quickly, easily submit their funding requests with a click of a button.  Our website has programs ranging from unsecured lines of credit to office building loans.  We have over 350 lenders in our “Virtual Lender Network”, that are ready to help. 

Q:  Is there a fee for posting my funding request and what is the process?

Absolutely not!!  LIFE of a CEO™ never charges a fee for our clients/partners.  We understand that business credit and capital are critical for the future growth of your brand.  You can apply for multiple loan packages and you will never be charged an application fee.  Your loan request will be reviewed by our Fund Committee and you will be contacted within 48 hours of your request.  A Virtual Business Partner™ will contact you regarding the funding request and recap all company polices and disclosures.  Once both parties agree to all of the terms and conditions, the loan request will be submitted to our “Virtual Lender Network”.  Our lenders normally respond within 48-96 business hours.

Q:  How much does LIFE of a CEO™ charge for their services and what is included?

Excellent question!  LIFE of a CEO™ offers several, unique programs in an effort to meet the needs of each individual business.  LIFE of a CEO™ suggests the program that best fits according to the business’s corporate credit and financial state.  Over a six month time period, each business owner will receive direct assistance in the following areas:

Therefore, your business plan should be able to convey your concept in the most passionate and simplistic format possible.  
• Capital Campaigns- Capital is the lifeblood of your business. Our Virtual BCB (Business Credit Builder) Program is being used by thousands of small business owners across the United States.  The program builds corporate credit and establishes trade or business credit without the use of a personal credit check or guarantee. Our corporate process helps our clients to establish a business credit profile and get business credit from vendors (Banks, Staples, Dell, Shell, Wal-Mart) across the country.   Each step of our process is done legally, ethically and with a high degree of integrity. LIFE of a CEO™ sets itself apart from any competitor in the market place by providing a qualified Virtual Business Partner™ to assist you throughout the process. • Bookkeeping- Bookkeeping should not be confused with accounting, which is any process that involves the recording of financial transactions. Bookkeeping includes day to day financial transactions, invoices, credit cards, receipts, debits and deposits.  This can be an extremely difficult task, but LIFE of a CEO™ can make it easier! LIFE of a CEO™ has a full team of experienced bookkeepers that will handle all of your monthly business bookkeeping in-house! It's simple. Once you sign up, we will offer you a digital vault. As a client, you can upload all your monthly expenses, receipts, and invoices.  LIFE of a CEO™ handles the rest! At anytime during the month at your request, LIFE of a CEO™ will e-mail you a monthly balance sheet and income statement. It's hassle-free, quick and efficient. You can remain on offense growing your business and let LIFE of a CEO™   handle the defense.  This service is optional and not included within the initial fees.

1. Numeric chart of accounts created  
2. Fifty transaction entries (debits/deposits)

6. Items needed for initial set-up:

     a. Twelve months bank statements with open items checked off (NO cancelled checks).

**Any additional number of transactions and/or credit cards will be subject to a fee. **REMINDER - All financial documents are kept secure within your vault. These documents will be shared with NO ONE but yourself and your LIFE of a CEO™   bookkeeper.   

• Marketing/Public Relations- LIFE of a CEO™ wants our members to increase exposure and brand awareness.  We assist our member s with the creation of a grass roots marketing and public relations campaigns including websites, brochures, press releases, advertising, visible viral marketing, search engine optimization, special events and more.   Your connection and presence is of utmost importance to our firm.  It’s critical that we partner with your company and develop the most powerful marketing campaign thinkable!  We have cost effective marketing concepts that will catapult your corporate vision to the next level!  Your message is very important and personal to our team.  
• Accounting- Securing a reputable and reliable CPA will be crucial to the efficiency of your business.  LIFE of a CEO™ will provide our business owners with referrals in their businesses’ designated area.  
• Human Resources:  Every company relies on good customer service and skilled employees.  LIFE of a CEO™ will partner with you to carefully locate and employ the best candidates for your brand.  LIFE of a CEO™ only accepts commitments, not applications.  Therefore, you should except nothing but the best of the best.
• Legal Protection- Legitimate attorneys who are experts in business can help you plan your success in a way that will protect you and your investments.  You can make a huge difference in your business by retaining an attorney.  LIFE of a CEO™ has access to hundreds of top rated law firms throughout the country.  You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars for great legal counsel.  Our firm will help you attain and maintain the right legal counsel.  Always remember that “documentation beats conversation!”

Q:  Does LIFE of a CEO™ offer any guarantees for their services?

Absolutely! We guarantee our best effort to help you move forward. If we don’t deliver upon our agreement, our firm will refund fees based on services not completed.  We cannot guarantee any certain amount.  However, our firm will partner with you for six months and ultimately get your business funding by identifying and securing financing options. 

Q:  What type of interest rates do your lenders offer?

Interest rates will always reflect the guidelines of the lender.  Personal and business credit worthiness will definitely play a major factor during the underwriting process.  Every lender in our “Virtual Lender Network” will customize a loan package suitable for your company.
